真珠湾攻撃直前のお話。仕事のできるパイロットが恋に落ちたのは看護婦で戦争の第一線で活躍するという名誉のために彼女と離れ、撃墜され、その彼女は親友のものになってしまった。最終的には親友が死んでしまいその子どもと暮らすわけだけれど、真珠湾攻撃の時の映像がすごかった。日本ってワルだねって思っちゃうよ、あれじゃあ。
